Our Founder
Courteney A.G. Ford
Founder / Managing Partner
Courteney began his career in the FP&A department for one of the worlds largest healthcare technology companies. It was here that he developed the initial concepts of the supply side/demand side model that eventually became the cornerstone of our S&OP proprietary model.
Courteney's career path led to one of the largest external building products manufacturers in North America, where he was responsible for successfully leading their FP&A department through the Great Recession, followed by an initial public offering and eventually helping turn around a $600M dollar division to positive EBITDA.
In 2018, Courteney began partnering with small and mid-sized businesses, leveraging his experience and expertise in helping businesses “see around the corner” and identify the narrow path to profitability for companies in the North Carolina Triangle area. Out of these partnerships, Narrow Path, LLC was born.
Courteney continues to use his experience and exceptional insight to help his firm’s clients discern the most profitable path in a variety of situations.
